Stylish hotel, clean, superfriendly staff, location in the heart of Milan was favourable. The beds were very comfy and each neat and huge room had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini bar fridge. Location: the property was just next door to a modern palace in Milan and the Galleria and Milao and La Scala opera house. Restaurant food was excellent.

Galleria Vik Milano is a wonderful place with really kind staff, especially the receptionist Majeda. the room I booked was fabulous and luxurious, equipped with a terrace and a huge bathroom with a shower as expected.

Highly courteous employees, especially during the night shift. Reasonably large and stylish rooms equipped with climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. - Feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows provided, along with an extremely comfy bed.

The room had good space, with smoke detectors and incredible views, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 2 nights. the location of the venue was super central, close to the shopping district and restaurants. - Also, Piazza del Duomo was within walking distance.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. And the view from my room was unforgettable, overlooking the stunning Galleria. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a bed and pillows that felt like heaven. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who even remembered my name. I also enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant and the neat turn-down service with macaroons.

I did notice some areas that could use improvement, such as the bathroom maintenance and the lack of a towel rail.
